Ms. Carruthers is now accepting students into her Philadelphia and Swarthmore voice studios.

She specializes in creating a foundational technique based on human anatomy and real world health, progress, and success. She will work with each singer to support healthy use of the muscles in the vocal tract. This foundational technique can be applied to: 

​

• bel canto and classical singing

• music theater

• jazz

To enter into the studio Ms. Carruthers will schedule a brief phone interview to discuss prior musical knowledge, goals, and desired genre. A trial lesson will then be scheduled to ensure teacher and student work well together.

Pricing is set at a fixed rate that will be discussed during the phone interview.
